Returns & Refunds

If a Season One piece is not right, send it back unused within 30 days and we will refund the merchandise.

The window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. If there is no delivery scan, we will use the ship date and work with you in good faith.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached and in the packaging they arrived in when that packaging is still available. Hats should not show sweat, sunscreen, or range dust. Polos and layers should not have been worn on the course.

We cannot take back items that were worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete.

Include your order number, email, and what you are sending back.
Wait for return instructions before you ship anything.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the merchandise price you paid, after we receive and inspect the item. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping on a change-of-mind return. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, we cover the return. Free returns are not a store-wide offer.
