Cosmos Golf ships Season One merch from golfinthecosmos.com. We process orders after they are placed. Checkout is the source of truth for rates, carriers, and whether we can reach your address.

Where we ship

This shop is built for the United States. If checkout accepts an address outside the US, the rate and timing shown there apply.

Processing

Orders go into fulfillment after checkout. Some Season One pieces are produced after the order is placed, so processing is not instant. We do not print a fixed “ships in X days” promise on this page.

Transit and rates

Carrier, service, and price are the amounts Shopify shows you at checkout. Those figures can change with destination, weight, and the item. We do not offer free shipping unless checkout says so on that order.

Tracking

When an order ships, we send the tracking we have to the email on the order. If a scan has not appeared yet, wait for the first carrier update before assuming the label is lost.

Wrong address, delays, damage

Use an address the carrier can deliver to. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
